During the entire 5. months that the project was on going at no time did you ever leave us unsupported, or without a kitchen facility, heating, water, electricity, and when we were away you saw to it that the house was fully secured at all stages.

Your team of craftsmen were always good natured and worked around our rather complicated life style without fuss. The quality of work done, and the problem-solving skills they applied to overcome the rather inadequate support by our other suppliers and their un fathomable instructions was quite frankly amazing.

The work involved a double storey extension plus structural work within the existing house. We particularly liked the fact that JMC made our house habitable throughout, as well as the continuity of the teams James uses - when the electricians, plumbers, groundworkers, plasterers, carpenters etc etc are due back, it is reassuring to know they will be same people rather than a string of unknown tradespeople. JMC brought the project in to time and to budget, and also offered advice at the start on ways to save costs with suggestions on our plans.
